/transport/car/generic updated with US petrol values
/home/lighting - altered so the pi value noOfLightBulbs is used for all types,
except for LELs where noOfLowEnergyLightBulbs is specified and is non-zero
The following electricity items were generalised for any country:

/home/energy/electricity Ireland changed from 0.592 to 0.549 kgCO2/kWh
/home/appliances/cooking Alg now handles country elec EF and implements linear formulae
and no longer uses data item values
/transport/car/generic – canada car definition changed to match US
/home/energy/uk/suppliers - updated to latest values and source fields amended
/home/energy/ireland/suppliers - created and 2 data items added
